Our very first client at Storyforge five years ago shared a story with us.

He had been walking down the corridor of his office when he met an employee he had never seen before.

He didn’t know her name or what she did.

It was at this point he realized the business had grown to a size where not everyone shared the same knowledge of what was happening.

He knew at that moment that something would have to change.

Barry Chandler is the co-founder of Storyforge, a strategy company focused on helping companies discover their purpose, forging their unique story, building preference and driving margin.

Barry has been building award-winning businesses since launching his first company in Ireland in 2003. His last company, a digital marketing agency, was acquired in 2012 by a California-based publicly traded entertainment company which then hired him as Chief Marketing Officer.
